You may now submit your sample bottle request over the web! Please click here for the requirements of containers, holding time and preservation of your sample collection.

We will respond via e-mail upon receipt of your request, and call for questions.

Requests submitted after 4:00pm PST will not be reviewed by a Calscience employee until 8:00am PST the next business day.
